A sophisticated, cost effective Web based defect and problem reporting and tracking system. TS supports multiple customers and products. The system allows your customers to report and track their problems via the web.
The system can also be deployed for keeping tracking of all information request you get from your customers. All requested are stored in a queue (optionally divided in different folders).
